We know how daunting it can be trying a new hairdressing salon for the first time. We are happy to offer our new hairdressing clients a complimentary hair check and blow wave after their first appointment.

Book your free hair check within 10 days of your first service so your stylist can go over your new cut and/or colour and answer any questions you may have. She will ensure you are managing your hair easily at home and getting the results that you expect.

You will then be escorted to the basins where you will receive a shampoo and divine scalp massage followed by a blow wave - all free of charge.


IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT: Please give us at least 24 hours notice so we can offer your time slot to another client. Leaving a message on Sundays or Mondays is not an option as we are not here to book somebody into your vacated appointment time on those days. Failure to give the required notice will result in a 50% deposit paid when you rebook. This deposit is fully refundable off the price of your service. If you fail to attend or give the required notice for your next appointment your deposit will be forfeited.

NO SHOWS: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without notifying us it may be difficult to find an alternative time at short notice. If we are able to accommodate you a 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking which is refundable off the price of your service. If you fail to attend again your deposit will be forfeited.

RUNNING LATE: If you are running late to your appointment please phone the salon and let us know. We will endeavour to still meet the full requirements of your appointment in the time remaining however it is unfair to keep clients booked in after you waiting therefore your appointment time may be cut short. If this occurs you will still be charged for the original appointment.

GIFT VOUCHERS: If you are using a Gift Voucher to pay for your service and you either don't notify us that you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your booking or you don't attend without any notification the full value of your Gift Voucher will be forfeited. If you run late for your appointment and your service time needs to be cut short you will still be charged the full amount of the Gift Voucher.
